On the Horizon
As we start 2013, the WNY Chapter of AUSA has several short term targets that we are focusing on over the next few months. We have multiple Yellow Ribbon events to cover over the next 6-8 months in WNY alone as many soldiers have just returned from Afghanistan. We are also working on building our partnership with the Better Business Bureau of Upstate NY to bring their services and business members who are hiring in contact with our members. May 2013 will be a very busy month for us as we have three major events going on. Armed Forces Week (May 5-11), Annual Fallen Soldier Memorial beautification, and the Golden Age Games (May 30- June 4).
